We get occasional requests about availability on particular trips.

The bookings for most of our trips are held on a computer reservation system to which other people have access. As each booking comes to our office, we enter it on this system and your place(s) is/are then guaranteed.

If you ask about availability we go back to you, and say, yes, at the moment there is/are the space(s) you request (or no, as the case may be).

Chances are it will then be a day later that your booking comes in; by this time the spaces may be gone. Most of our trips are unique - not offered by any other operator - so it's generally best to secure your places with us first and then make other arrangements round that.

So it's best just to complete the booking form and submit - that gives you the best chance of getting space on a trip.
